We have confirmed an issue wherein certain users did not receive their appropriate login bonuses on Oct. 1, 2016.
The issue affected Daily Login Bonus Jewel rewards, Total Login Bonus title rewards, and Total Login Bonus Jewel rewards.
The issue has been fixed and all players who did not receive the appropriate rewards will be sent replacements and compensation starting on Oct. 17, 2016 12:00 a.m.
